Private beta
Built by property investors, RefurbScout uses technology, research and AI analysis to help active UK buyers identify refurbishment opportunities near a target postcode.
Private beta for active UK property buyers who want to spend less time filtering listings and more time assessing the projects worth pursuing.
Weekly scans. Curated shortlists. A faster first pass before your own viewing, modelling and due diligence.
Join the private betaAs investors ourselves, we found it tedious searching across listing sources, auction pages and local research routes for refurbishment opportunities. Existing search tools are useful, but they do not provide the refurbishment-specific filters, ceiling-price context or build-cost assumptions investors need to assess opportunities quickly.
RefurbScout helps by researching potential refurbishment projects, then summarising the key information you need before deciding whether to view, model or investigate an opportunity further.
First beta report: RefurbScout Report
The first beta report focuses on refurbishment opportunities near a chosen postcode and search radius.
The goal is not to replace your own due diligence. RefurbScout gives you a faster first-pass view so you can decide which properties are worth investigating, viewing or modelling in more detail.
Choose a target postcode and radius, then receive a focused scan of potential refurbishment opportunities in that area.
Each report is designed to show resale potential, ceiling-price context and an indicative refurbishment build-cost range before deeper analysis.

Example assumes an England or Northern Ireland residential purchase by a UK-resident SPV/company, with a single property below £500k and higher-rate SDLT applied. These SDLT figures are not standard home-buyer rates. Potential profit and achievable rent are illustrative, based on the simplified figures shown, and profit percentage is potential profit divided by GDV. Buyer-specific costs, tax, finance terms, surveys, rental evidence and contingency must be independently checked.
